Parish Council meeting will be held on Monday, 6th September, at 7.45pm in Hall No. 11 C. All the parish council members are expected to be present for the meeting. |

On September 8th we will be celebrating the Birthday of Mother Mary. There will be Holy Mass at 6.00am, 7.00am, 5.30pm, 7.00pm and 8.00pm |
| 9th September |
The Konkani Community is celebrating the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary on 9th Sep. (Thursday). The showering of flowers is at Grotto at 6.00pm, followed by Mass, cultural program and fellowship. As a preparation for this feast, there will be three days retreat(tridium) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday(6th, 7th, & 8th) after the 7.00pm Mass. The Preacher is Rev. Fr. Robert Lasrado. |

The Tamil community is celebrating the Feast of Our Lady of Vailankanni on 10th of Sep. (Friday). The Holy Mass will be at 10.30am. followed by fellowship and cultural program. |

Catechism Registration for the new academic year 2010-2011 is for three weekends i.e. September 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th, and 26th (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) before & after Mass. |

Baptism preparation Course will be on the 2nd Monday, 13th September, from 8pm to 9pm in St. Francis Chapel. Parents and Godparents are expected to attend the course before the baptism your child. |

- After the mass give way for other faithful to take part in the Holy Mass
- Those coming by cars please leave immediately after the mass and allow others to park.

PRAYERFUL ATMOSPHERE IN THE CHURCH:
It has been remarked that the prayerful atmosphere in the Church is not been kept up. During Mass, children run around, people find talking, mobiles are on, the response is very slow and not audible etc. The Temple of God is made many times a noisy place especially during the administration of the Sacraments of Baptism and Marriage. Please be aware of the Presence of the Eucharistic Lord and do not forget that people are praying. So, kindly keep up the decorum of the Church and allow others to participate the Holy Mass without disturbances.
